Mr Moore

My name is Mr Moore, and I am very excited to be teaching again at POPS in 2026. I have had four amazing years teaching at POPS across both Grade 1 and Grade 4. Last year, I had a fantastic experience teaching in 4M, camp, Bike Ed, and gardening were definite highlights!

I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive classroom where all students feel safe, supported, and challenged to do their best. I encourage students to take risks in their learning, build resilience, and develop confidence in their abilities. I strongly believe that every learning experience is an opportunity to grow, and I love helping students learn from both their successes and their mistakes.

I particularly enjoy promoting sustainability at POPS and have worked alongside the Waste Warriors for the past few years.

Outside of school, I enjoy learning to surf, playing golf, and spending time with my energetic puppy, Willow. Recently, my partner and I purchased our first home together, and we have spent the past year creating our own cosy space.

I look forward to another amazing year at POPS, teaching in 3/4M. Please feel free to come and say hello if you see me around the school!

Mrs Quah

Hi everyone! I'm Mrs Quah and I am the Learning Specialist and Year 3 teacher this year.

I love spending time with my family and friends. When not at school, you’ll probably find me having a coffee in a cafe or out and about with my children, Henry and Chloe. We have a cheeky cat called Winnie who loves to sneak about and climb on everything!

I have always loved teaching and have been lucky enough to have taught in not just Australia, but also England. This was a great experience and spurred my love of travelling. I have been fortunate to visit many countries, particularly through Europe and Asia. Spending time at the beach is one of my absolute favourite things to do and we are fortunate to be able to spend lots of time by the water each year.

I also love many sports including tennis and AFL where I follow the Sydney Swans (although I live in a house full of Hawks). My kids are also into plenty of sports: gymnastics, footy, tennis, swimming and basketball, so that keeps me busy away from school.
