Year 7 Girls Volleyball Team Shines at Cobblebank Stadium!

Our Year 7 Girls Volleyball team represented the school with pride and determination at the recent interschool competition held at Cobblebank Stadium. The girls performed exceptionally well throughout the day, showing great teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.

The team celebrated a fantastic win against Heathdale Christian College and fought hard in two close matches against strong opponents, Staughton College (the eventual tournament winners) and Melton Secondary College. Despite the narrow losses, the girls displayed incredible effort and enthusiasm right to the final point.

A huge thank you to Nesa Tuaoi for her wonderful assistance on the day, and to our dedicated student coach, Hannah Aveau, whose leadership and commitment during lunchtime training sessions and on game day were truly appreciated.

We also extend our thanks to our Sports Coordinator for organising the event and to our school management team for their ongoing support.

This experience has inspired our girls to train even harder, and they’re already motivated to come back stronger next year. Well done, girls,  we’re so proud of you. Keep it up!
