School Fete 

Our bi-annual School Fete is more than just a day of fun—it’s the heartbeat of our community. But to make it a success, we need a small army of helping hands. We are looking for 50–100 volunteers to join our working groups. Whether you have five minutes or five hours, there is a place for you!

Where Do You Fit In?

We need at least 3 people per group to ensure everything runs smoothly. Check out our diverse teams and see where your skills shine:

• The Creatives: * Publicity & Marketing: Calling all graphic designers and social media savvy parents! Help us spread the word through flyers and online buzz.
• Entertainment & Events: Help coordinate student performances and keep the energy high.
• The Organizers:
• Sponsorships & Donations: Help us connect with local businesses for prizes and the Silent Auction.
• Volunteer Coordination: Keep our "army" organized and happy.
• Finance: Help manage the budget and track our fundraising success.
• The Do-ers:
• Operations: The "engine room"—overseeing layout, parking, and cleanup.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Keeping our community safe and following the rules.
• The Fun-Makers:
• Stalls: Manage the classics—toys, books, gardening, and the legendary cake stall.
• Rides & Activities: Coordinate the thrills and games for the kids.
• Food & Beverages: From home-cooked treats to managing external caterers.
• •Cultural: Celebrate our diversity through food, art, or performance.
