Acting Assistant Principal News

It has been a busy and rewarding first week stepping into the Acting Assistant Principal role. As many of you know, I have previously worked across the school as the PE teacher and Specialist Area Leader, so it has been exciting to see the learning and day-to-day life of the school from a new lens.
Spending time in different classrooms and around the school this week, it has been wonderful to see so much engaging learning taking place and to witness the positive relationships between our students and staff.
A big congratulations to our Grade 3/4 and Grade 5/6 students and teachers for successfully completing the first two days of NAPLAN. The students approached the assessments with focus and maturity, and we are very proud of their efforts.
I’m looking forward to the weeks ahead as I continue supporting our students, staff, and the wider school community. It is a privilege to step into this role and to see our school from a different perspective.
