We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our outgoing School Council members:

  • Adam Ritchie
  • Craig Ryan
  • Samantha Milford

Your time, effort, and dedication have been invaluable, and we truly appreciate all that you have contributed to our school. Your impact will be felt for years to come.

At our February meeting, the School Council covered several key topics, including:

  • Reviewing and updating school policies regarding Bella, our much-loved therapy dog, and officially welcoming her back onsite. We know how much joy and support Bella brings to our students, and we are thrilled to have her back!
  • A presentation on the new literacy curriculum, highlighting exciting changes and improvements in how we support students' learning.
  • Approving all Curriculum Day dates for 2025 well in advance to help families plan ahead.

This year, the School Council will continue to focus on enhancing student learning, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and improving school facilities - initiatives that support our students, staff, and school community. We are excited about the projects and events ahead and look forward to working together to make 2024 a fantastic year for our school community. Thank you for your ongoing support—we’ll keep you updated throughout the year!
