Trivia Night update:
Trivia Night was a fantastic success, and we'd like to thank everyone who attended and helped make the evening such an enjoyable event. As highlighted in the Compass notification earlier this week, there were some very exciting winners on the night. Congratulations to all our prize winners and thank you once again for supporting the Parkhill community.
📸 Here are some more photos from the night for you to enjoy. There were plenty of fun, creative, and nostalgic outfits on display, with everyone embracing the 80s and 90s theme. From iconic characters to colourful retro fashion, it was wonderful to see so much effort, enthusiasm, and team spirit throughout the evening. We hope you enjoy looking back on what was a fantastic night of fun, laughter, and friendly competition! 🎉🏆🕺💃
Last but not least, I would like to extend a huge thank you to Trish for hosting another amazing Trivia Night. As always, she did a fantastic job, keeping everyone entertained and on their toes with her challenging questions. There may have been a few contentious answers along the way, but it was all part of the fun and friendly competition!
A big thank you also goes to everyone who helped set up on the day. Events like this simply wouldn't happen without the time and effort of our wonderful volunteers.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank the many businesses that generously donated prizes and auction items. Your support helped make the evening a huge success, with some very enthusiastic bidding taking place throughout the night!

Tee Up Some Fun! Parkhill Primary’s Father’s Day Night at Morack Golf
Calling all Dads, Stepdads, Grandads, and Special Male Mentors!
Get ready for an evening of friendly competition, good food, and great company as we celebrate Father's Day! Parkhill Primary Parents and Friends (PFA) is thrilled to host a special Father’s Day Night at the fantastic Morack Golf Range. It’s the perfect way to spend quality time with the father figures in your life and connect with our wonderful school community.
When: Friday, September 4th, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Where: Morack Golf Range (Morack Rd &, East Rd, Vermont South VIC 3133)
Cost: $40 per person

We’ve put together a packed package to make sure you have everything you need for a fantastic night out:
- 2 Hours of Golf: Perfect your swing, have some laughs, and maybe even set a new personal record! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, the range is all about fun.
- Club Hire Included: No need to drag your own set of clubs along. We’ve got you covered with standard club hire for all ages.
- Pizza & Chips: Refuel and relax with a delicious spread of pizza and chips. Perfect comfort food after a session on the range!
Don't Feel Like Playing? You're Still More Than Welcome!
We understand that not everyone is a golf enthusiast. This event is about community and connection as much as it is about golf.
Even if you prefer to cheer from the sidelines, we would love for you to join us! You can still soak up the atmosphere, catch up with other families, and enjoy a night out.
While you won’t be taking part in the included golf or the pizza/chips package, you can absolutely purchase food and drinks separately from the bar. It’s a great way to be part of the celebration and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

A range of drinks will be available for purchase directly from the bar throughout the evening. Please note that drinks are not included in the $40 ticket price.

Used Book Fair:
📚 WE WANT YOUR BOOKS! 📚
We need your help to make the inaugural Parkhill Used Book Sale a success! It's taking place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September from 11am to 4pm in the room behind the stage.
Please continue to drop off donations of used books in good condition for resale at the office and spread the word amongst family and friends who might be having a book clear out of:
- Children's fiction
- Children's non-fiction
- Teen and young adult
- Adult fiction
General non-fiction
*No textbooks or magazines please*
We also need to rally a team of people to help with sorting the donations over the coming weeks, as well as people to assist with setting up, assisting as 'booksellers' and packing up. If you can help with sorting books over the next few weeks, please contact Trish King to coordinate times for this.
