National Simultaneous Storytime

We are excited to be participating in the National Simultaneous Storytime this year.  This is an annual Australian event where a chosen Australian picture book is read simultaneously in schools, libraries, and homes nationwide. The book we are celebrating this year is Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller by Adrian Lloyd and Adam Jackson

Mrs Rassias will be reading the book to the whole school on Tuesday, 26 May and then the students will be completing an activity based on the book in their classrooms.

There will be a Luna Roo Scavenger Hunt in the library that starts next Wednesday as well as a colouring competition. Colouring sheets can be collected from the library and returned when completed. We already have some amazing entries.
