SSR (State Schools Relief) – Uniform Assistance
State Schools Relief is a not-for-profit organisation that improves the lives of tens of thousands of disadvantaged Victorian students, and their families, each year.
Their simple and practice service ensures that all students can attend school in warmth and comfort with a greater sense of belonging and improved self-esteem, which in turn enhances their educational engagement.
Where SSR can not supply a particular item, a voucher is issued.
- Each voucher has a value of $85
- There is a limit of 1 voucher per application and a maximum of 3 vouchers per student/per calendar year
- SSR vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Vouchers can be used to purchase any item/s through the uniform supplier (Noone’s)
- It’s important to note that since there are limits on how many vouchers can be provided per student/per year, the vouchers should only be used to purchase items that cannot be provided directly by SSR
Parents or carers who are struggling to provide their child’s uniform may contact the College Wellbeing Team to discuss their individual situation.
