Upper Secondary (Years 9-10)

Last week 9/10s deep dived into feelings and emotions with R U Okay day. Students enjoyed all the activities that were put on in the courtyard! Our Café has had their final day, as students will begin to prepare for their new roles next Term! Looking forward to the new menu next Term! Students have been working extremely hard this Term. Hope everyone enjoys their much needed break!

Special shout out to our Value Award winners,

Independence- Abhijot Singh For increasing his confidence, showing a lot of initiative in the classroom and kitchen, also regularly greeting staff in a polite manner.

Safety- Jake Coleiro For always being safe in the community, following instructions, and always helping others.

Respect- Francisco Vu For making a conscious effort to make friends in the classroom, and continually being polite to those around him. For also improving his communication skills and expressing when there is a problem in a respectful way. 

Learning- Summer Ferguson For taking responsibility for her learning, particularly in numeracy.

Responsibility - Simon Asfwaw For always giving everything 100% and being a leader in and outside of the classroom

Chicken burgers and crepes what a fun day at bet cookery today 

After attending for two terms, last Wednesday 11/12E had their last visit to Brunswick Industries. The students have all worked very hard to develop their employability skills. Each week the students engage in folding towels for hotels and filling optical kits for optometrists in Sydney. Each of the students received certificates of appreciation acknowledging their achievements. Well done team!
