ACS Touch Football Trials
Congratulations to Millie Maddigan and Fletcher White who were selected at the trials last Friday to represent the Armidale Diocese at the Polding Trials in Port Macquarie on Thursday 3rd June 2025. .

Our classes are getting ready for the Athletics Carnival and refining their skills with track and field events. Our Athletics Carnival will be held on: Wednesday 18 June 2025. This will be for Year 2 students turning 8 this year and all Year 3 - 6 students.
Upcoming Sporting Events:
Rugby Union - Gary McSweeney Cup
We have a team of students travelling to Tamworth next Friday 30 May for the Diocesan Rugby Union Trials and Gary McSweeney Rugby Gala Day.
This is a team knockout competition and the students are also eligible as individuals to be chosen for the Armidale Diocesan side.
After the day, an Armidale Diocesan Rugby Side will be selected to participate in the NSWCPS Rugby Union Championships in Forbes on Sunday, 29 June - Monday, 30 June 2025.
We wish our HTS team well for this event!

School Sport
Students will continue to participate in one of the following winter sports this term: rugby league, soccer, netball, league tag, Hockey, basketball, indoor sports ($5.00).
Diocesan Cross Country and Tennis
Congratulations to all students who participated in the Armidale Diocesan Cross Country and Diocesan Tennis in week 3. All students represented our school in an exceptional way. The following students received a medal for winning their age division and are Diocesan Champions. These students will progress to the NSWCCC Cross Country Championships in Sydney.

Bill Turner Cup Soccer
Congratulations to the Boys Bill Turner Cup team who played and defeated Inverell High on Friday of week 2. The boys played a great game and defended particularly well to come out on top with a score of 2-0. The boys now progress to the next round of the competition.
Diocesan Soccer
Good luck to all students who will be competing in the Diocesan Soccer day this term to be held in Inverell in week 4.
NRL Jada Taylor Cup
Good luck to all girls who will be competing in the Jada Taylor Cup NRL day at Kamilaroi oval Inverell, to be held Wednesday of week 5.
NSWCCC Basketball Selections
Congratulations to Heath Watchirs who competed at the 16’s boys NSWCCC Selections in Sydney week 3.
