YEAR LEVEL MASSES TERM 3
We warmly invite our families to these special Masses hosted by different levels throughout Term 3. All Masses begin at 9.15am and are celebrated for approximately 50 minutes.
Thursday 8th August > Year 1 Family Mass (Feast of St.Mary of the Cross MacKillop)
Friday 16th August > Whole School Celebration of the Feast of the Assumption
Friday 30th August > Years 5 & 6 Father's Day Mass
Thursday 5th September > Year 2 Family Mass (Postponed - New Date TBA)
Friday 13th September > Whole School Feast Day Mass
2024 SACRAMENTAL DATES
Sacrament of Confirmation - Year 6
- Student Retreat Day: Wednesday 7th August 8.50am - 3pm
- Sign up & Presentation Weekend: 10th or 11th of August 2024 - Attend any of the Parish Masses
- Family Faith Night: Thursday 15th August 7pm
- Confirmation Celebration: Sunday 18th of August 2024 at 1:30 pm
This weekend's gospel passage reminds us of the connection Jesus has with the Holy Eucharist. Like the Manna in the desert that saved the hungry and wandering Israelites as they journeyed to a promised city, the word and actions of Jesus are the bread of life that feeds our spirit as it guides through our own different journeys in life.
May the loving presence and life-giving word of Jesus fill your hearts this week.
