Message from Miss Humphries

I would like to extend a big thank you to all our school  families for your continued support of your children, our amazing students. With your dedication in the home environment and our dedication in the school environment, we are supporting the growth of strong, confident human beings. 

I would like to wish our Graduating Year Six students good luck for their future. Heading into the next stage of their education at the different secondary schools, will bring many special memories and build many important life skills. 

Have an amazing summer break, spending time with family and friends, doing all the things that bring joy and laughter to you all. 

We look forward to seeing you all on Thursday 29th January, 2026.

Looking forward to our Leadership team for 2026

On Tuesday 9th of December, our current Year Five students who are interested in being our 2026 School Leader, presented student speeches to the Year 3, 4 & 5 students. Our Year Four and Five students voted for who delivered the best speech linked to being a positive role model for our students and school. It was very pleasing to hear all the speeches and to hear how these students will show our school values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.  

At our final assembly of 2025 - Friday 19th December, at 1:00pm, our 2026 School Leaders will be announced and presented with their school leadership badges

The Upwey South staff would like to congratulate all students who showed resilience in delivering their speech and we wish you all the best.

Whole School Reward System

Who will win our Term Four House Points? Good luck to all our House teams who have continued to work consistently during the term to gain points for their house groups. What an amazing whole school reward system we have.
