Keelonith Volunteer Program 2026
At Keelonith, we value the strong partnerships we have with our families. Parent and carer volunteers play an important role in supporting classroom programs, excursions, special events and a range of school activities.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment all volunteers are required to complete our Volunteer Induction before assisting in classrooms or school activities.
What does the induction involve?
This year, the process has been streamlined into one online Google Form. Within the form you will:
- View a short Volunteer Induction Video (around 18mins)
- Read key Child Safety and Volunteer policies
- Review expectations regarding conduct, supervision and student safety
- Provide your Working With Children Check (WWCC) details
Complete a declaration confirming you understand and agree to follow school requirements
When submitting the form, you will be asked to enter your:
- Your Full Name
- WWCC card number
- Expiry date
How to complete the induction
Families can access all induction materials and submit their details via the Google Form link below:
Once completed and verified, you will be registered as an approved volunteer for 2026. From there, you simply need to keep an eye on Compass notifications from the school, where we will advertise upcoming events and opportunities for volunteering and reach out to your child's mentor teacher.
