Clyde North Campus News

It’s been a big two weeks at Clyde North Campus, and we have lots to celebrate in the sporting arena.
On Monday 25th May, the campus headed down to Casey Fields for a fabulous day at the Athletics Carnival. It was a glorious day with only 10 minutes of heavy rain just before the relays. Students showed skills and persistence across both track and field events. A highlight was the staff vs. student relay. A big congratulations to Assisi on winning the carnival with a massive 1185 points. Marian came in second place and Kolbe in third. Congratulations to Romero for winning the House Spirit award, with MacKillop in second and Marian in third place. Thank you to Gerard Brown and the Sport team for their hard work in running the carnival and to the VM students and team for running a delicious burger BBQ.
The following day, St Peter’s College delivered an outstanding performance at the 2026 SIS Cross Country Carnival, proudly finishing 2nd Overall in Division B and showcasing the strength and depth of athletes across both campuses. The team’s determination and consistency across all age groups were recognised with success in multiple age divisions, winning the Under 13, Under 14 and Under 21 Boys Pennants. These combined efforts also had St. Peter's awarded with the Boys Aggregate Shield.
Several athletes produced remarkable individual performances. Cordell Don Paul claimed 1st place in the Under 14 division, while Logan Misso won the Under 15 event and Max Davies secured victory in the Under 16 race. Strong podium finishes also came from Elliott Fisher (2nd – U/13), Ethan Goodman (2nd – U/15), Nathan Sandhu (2nd – U/17), Daniella Zandona (2nd – U/21), Eli Richards (2nd – U/21) and Scarlett Mills (3rd – U/21). The College congratulates all students and staff involved on an exceptional Cross Country Carnival and a fantastic representation of St. Peter’s College.
On Tuesday 2nd of June, it was a privilege to host the girls Dreamtime Football match at Clyde North campus. It was a hard-fought match in the wind and Cranbourne Campus came out on top with the win for the fourth year in a row. A big thank you to the FIRE Carrier team for running the BBQ, raising money for the Opening the Doors Foundation and rewarding the players with a hot meal at the end of the match.
With only three more weeks until the end of term we look forward to upcoming events such as Try a VET Day and St Peter’s Day.
