Kids Corner

The Kids Corner section of this fortnight’s newsletter features narratives written by some of our Year 3 students. I trust you enjoy them just as much as I have!

Art – by Fabiana

Paint dripping on my page. Painting pictures at a young age. Drawing pictures in my mind. Looking for a paint brush I might never find.

I feel happy in my heart. Drawing pictures and doing art. Sculpting something out of clay. I take a break and play.

Doing something that feels right. It’s a beauty for lots of people’s sight.

I want to do art but I have no clue. Right now, I have nothing to do!

Netball  By Ryleigh

Yay! One minute left on the clock. The ball, like a bird, is flying into it’s nest, which is the hoop.

Hooray! I got the goal in! Everyone lifted me up into the air like an aeroplane in the sky.

Our passes are like a cheetah – fast and furious. Then GA (Goal Attack) and GS (Goal Shooter), one of them, has to get a goal ………….. what do you think happens?
