Year 11 Social - a night to remember

The Year 11 Social, hosted at Karralyka in Ringwood, was truly a night to remember. Students arrived dressed to impress and full of excitement for the evening ahead. They enjoyed a delicious meal, the company of their peers and teachers, and of course, plenty of dancing. The dance floor was packed as students celebrated together to many of their favourite songs. Our resident paparazzi, Mr Taylor, was kept busy capturing special moments throughout the night, with students eagerly taking photos to remember the occasion.
A huge thank you goes to the Year 11 Social Committee for their hard work in helping to make the night such a success, as well as to the staff who came along to support the students. It was a spectacular celebration and a wonderful highlight of the school year for our Year 11s.

The long wait has finally ended! 2025 has been a busy and incredibly stressful year for the Year 11s, with exams on our minds and a big transition to VCE. To celebrate our achievements and relax in the middle of term 3, the Year 11 social has finally been delivered. Over 200 students came around to celebrate a night planned by both the Year 11 leaders and The Social Committee, consisting of almost 30 students and many teachers.
Awards were given, many of the students enjoyed plenty of wonderful interactions and took incredible photos, and best of all, the dance floor was crowded with many students dancing their hearts out with joy. Agreeably so, it was a well-deserved, unforgettable night full of excitement and amazing outfits.
An exceptionally long time was used to plan this night, spending many lunchtimes and recreational time to plan this amazing event. It is a wonderful way to spend the last quarter of the year, and another special thanks to Ms Lama who has worked so hard behind the scenes to allow this to happen.
