Community Group

The next Community Group meeting is on Tuesday 7th October. The school fair will be the first item on the agenda.

We still need of someone/group who may be able to coordinate food.

Currently donations and canvassing for prizes is the main goal until the logistical organisation is needed closer to the date.

If you know/shop/support a business that you may be comfortable approaching to ask for donations/prizes we will put up the canvassing letter and link to the live document of which business’ have been approached for you to use. Please just check the list to make sure we don’t double up asking the same business. This letter will be available on PAM.
