With our final rehearsals now underway, excitement is building for the 2026 Victorian State Schools Spectacular to be performed at John Cain Arena on 29 August! This year's theme, This Is Me, celebrates individuality, belonging and the unique strengths we all bring to our communities.

We are incredibly proud to have 39 WPPS students performing this year across the Mass Dance and Mass Choir ensembles. Over the past two weeks, both groups have taken part in some exciting final rehearsals as we get closer to the big day!

Our Mass Dance students attended a Mega Hub rehearsal, where they were able to try on their final costumes and rehearse alongside a much larger group of students from schools across the state. Meanwhile, our Mass Choir students travelled to Melbourne Town Hall, where they had the exciting opportunity to sing alongside many of the show’s soloists and the live band for the first time.

The Spectacular is shaping up to be another incredible event, with more than 10,000 tickets already sold! If you haven't secured your seats yet, now is a great time to do so as it is looking like it will be a sold out event soon. We would love to see our WPPS community in the audience supporting our amazing performers as they take to the stage for this unforgettable celebration of music, dance and student talent.
