Dear Parents/Guardians,

 

Just a quick reminder of the importance of consenting to the Free health, wellbeing and development checks for Prep students. Families were sent the information on how to create an online account and complete the School Entrant Health Questionnaire (SEHQ).

We have had a low number of returns this year. If you have not had a chance to complete the online questionnaire, I encourage all parents to complete it at your earliest convenience prior to the end date.
