Farzana and Blue Connect
I first started attending the Blue Connect program out of curiosity and wanted to be a part of something that supports connection, understanding, and positive change.
Since then, I’ve seen the program grow into something powerful.
It breaks down barriers, challenges assumptions, and creates trust.
Watching students and officers connect on a human level has been inspiring and one of my favourite things about this program.
Meeting the Assistant Commissioner was a highlight, it showed how seriously our voices are taken. I’d love to see the program expand with more students involved in the future projects.
The connections we are building doesn't only matter for us, but for the wider community too!
