Alfie (Y3) made the U9’s Easts representative team on the June long weekend at Cherrybrook.  U9’s Easts team consisted of select players from Moore Park, Bulldogs and Maroubra.

On the morning of Sunday, 8 June Easts played against Hills, North Shore, Beaches and West / South West winning all their games making it to through to the Grand Final on the morning which they also won - organised by the AFL Sydney Juniors / Development Carnival 2025.

What an achievement and a fantastic experience Alfie!!  We are very proud!

On Wednesday 11 June Frenchie competed in NSWCPS Mackillop Cross Country trials, coming 3rd in her 2000m race. This means that Frenchie will go on to run on the MacKillop team in July.  Well done Frenchie!

Athletics Carnival

Our annual STMM Athletics Carnival will be held in Hensley Park on Tuesday 22nd July (Term 3, Week 1).  A note has been sent out on Compass this week with the details of the event. It is important that a google form is filled in for each child so that they can be entered into the correct events. We would appreciate any extra help on the day so all parent helpers are welcome, please indicate your availability on the google forms.

Representative Trials (Years 5 & 6)

Students who display a high level of skill in their chosen sport will be given the opportunity to attend the SCS representative trials.  Trials will involve games with other students from different schools in our conference.  Successful students will then go on to representative SCS at the Mackillop level, and then state/national level.  If students would like more information please see Miss Kelly.
