Official Notice: Mandatory Protocol for Child Sign-In/Out

This serves as a formal reminder that all parents/guardians are required to execute the sign-in and sign-out process for their children exclusively through the Xplor app, utilising their individual email address, password, and/or PIN codes. This stringent measure has been implemented to guarantee that only authorised individuals are permitted to drop off or pick up children from our facility in LS1.

In instances where family friends, grandparents, or other designated individuals are responsible for the child's arrival or departure, it is imperative to establish them as HUB GUESTS via the app. Subsequently, they will receive an email prompting them to register their email and create a password. While the app itself is not necessary for them, they are obliged to input their credentials on the designated iPad at the centre.

Regrettably, recent administrative challenges have arisen due to non-compliance by many families over the past few months. To mitigate this, effective from Term 2 onwards, an administrative fee of $5 will be levied for any manual administrative tasks that our staff must undertake to ensure our paperwork adheres to childcare regulations. Such tasks include but are not limited to signing in and out times, and adding absences. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a streamlined and compliant administrative process.
