Student Voice - Heights Campus 

Over the past few weeks, we have held our school swimming program and it was lots of fun! Students have been learning new skills, improving their swimming and building confidence in the water. It has been great to see everyone trying their best, supporting each other and enjoying the sessions. We are looking forward to next year and building on what we have learned! 

The FLC students also had a wonderful Father's Day celebration and students enjoyed spring time with their dads and special family members. It was a lovely day filled with fun, laughter and appreciation for all the amazing fathers and father figures in many families. We are so grateful for all you do. 

We celebrated our Book Week Parade in Week 8 and it was such an amazing experience! It was awesome to see all students dress up and the amazing creativity that was shown by not only students, but teachers too! It was lovely to have had so many parents come and watch the parade and participate in some activities back in the classroom. It was such a great day for everyone and everyone looked amazing. Well done Heights Campus!! 

The SLC had an exciting excursion at the Old Treasury Building and ACMI in the city this week! Students have learned about the Ballarat Gold Rush and Eureka Stockade and what life was like during that time. It was a fun and educational experience with lots of interesting facts and new things to discover! 

With the holidays coming up, there are lots of fun things to do! You could visit the beach, have a picnic, go swimming, watch a movie or bake something you love! Remember to use your safety hand during the holidays and keep safe. We hope everyone has a fun and relaxing holiday and see you all back for Term 4 on Monday 5th of October.
