Term 4 - Tick!

Staffing Updates for Term 4

I would like to take this opportunity to farewell Miss Annie Tan (one of our teachers on Heights Campus) who will be finishing up her contract with us at the end of Term 3.  I am sure you will join with me in thanking her for her dedication to our students and wishing her well for her future endeavours. 

I would also like to wish Mr Vincent Coad and Mrs Wendy Griffiths all the best for their long service leave in Term 4.  Both staff members will be on leave for almost all of Term 4 (returning only for the last couple of days) and they will be replaced in their roles by Mrs Justine Betrand and Mrs Emma Drysldale respectively.

And finally, we will be welcoming back Mrs Christine Le who is returning from family leave and joining Mrs Natasha Zurak in Grade 3/4A and of course Ms Carly Jamar who will be returning to us in about Week 2 of Term 4.

Foundation Enrolments Are Due NOW!

A reminder that the school is finalising enrolments for 2027 Foundation students.  So, if you have a little person in your home (or living next door) who is due to start school next year, please ensure that you contact the school.  Please know that it is very important that we have these enrolments confirmed as soon as possible as it does affect our workforce planning for next year and our preparations for our Term 4 Transition Program.

Farewell Mrs Eleni Drossas

Recently, we had the privilege of coming together to celebrate Mrs Eleni Drossas and the wonderful contribution she has made to our school community over the years as she begins her well-deserved retirement.

Eleni has been such an important part of the Springvale Rise story, bringing warmth, dedication and genuine care to everything she has done. Her commitment to our students, families and colleagues has made a difference in so many ways, and her presence around our school will certainly be missed.

Retirement is the beginning of a new adventure, and we hope this next chapter brings Eleni plenty of time to relax, enjoy the things she loves and create lots of wonderful memories with her family and friends.

Thank you, Eleni, for being such a valued part of our SRPS family. We wish you all the very best for the exciting years ahead. You will always have a special place in our school community. 💙✨
