Disability Inclusion at Concord School

The photo above was taken during a Disability Inclusion Profile meeting at our Bundoora Campus this week. The meeting included the student, the parent, the classroom teacher, and our facilitators. Having the student and his parent at the meeting was the most valuable part of the meeting, because we were able to talk about and celebrate this young person and all his strengths.
