Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Semester 1 IEPs will be available via the XUNO app today, Friday 20th March. An email will be sent when IEPs are available, should you have any queries please email Admin or if you wish to discuss IEPs further, please contact your child's classroom teacher.

Please email admin if you require a printed copy of your child's IEP.

EXTENDED PERIOD OF ABSENCE APPLICATION FORM

As part of JSA's Attendance Policy, we formalise parent/carer requests for students seeking approval for Extended Absence of 5 or more days (previously 3 days or more).

If you wish to express interest or intentions for your child to be away for 5 or more days, please ensure to complete the 'Extended period of absence application form' below. 

All applications for extended absences will be reviewed by the Sub School Leader and Principal. Parent/Carers will be notified via email after consideration of application.
