YEAR 9 KEY INFORMATION: WEEK 3
Guiding Principle Focus - Dignity
This week during morning PG lessons, PG mentors have been focusing on unpacking our College Guiding Principle of Dignity. Our College Guiding Principles outline the behaviours that our students and staff can demonstrate and uphold as they go about their daily College life. These are important characteristics that support the growth and development of our young people as they transition through school and into the wider community.
Academic Awards
Well done to all the Year 9 students who are receiving an Academic Award at our Academic Assembly on Tuesday. To receive this award, students must maintain a high level of academic excellence across Terms 1 and 2. Congratulations to all students who have achieved this wonderful recognition.
Use of Diaries
A reminder to check your child's diary on Friday, as diaries will be checked on Monday during PG. This process encourages students to continue developing their organisational skills as they transition into the senior years of schooling.
Assessment Planners
Term 3 Assessment Planners are now available in the MyCE app. They are located in the ‘SCHOOL’ section under ‘DOCUMENTS’. The images below provide a step-by-step guide to help you find the Assessment Planners in the MyCE app.

We encourage families to print and display the planner at home, to help students stay organised and keep track of assessment tasks throughout the term.
