P&F Junior School Disco
The Clayfield College P&F Association is excited to be hosting the Junior School Disco, open to Clayfield College Junior School students and their younger siblings.
Thank you to everyone who has registered, we look forward to seeing all ticket holders on Friday evening. If you have registered, please refer to the information below.
Date: Friday 22 May 2026
Time: 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Year Levels: Pre-Prep to Year 6
Location: Clayfield College Assembly Hall - Entrance to the event will be via Gate 6, Bayview Terrace ONLY.
Please note: Children must be signed in and out at registration, not dropped off.
Theme: Under the Sea - Dress up as mermaids and mermen, tropical fish, sharks, octopus or jellyfish, seahorses, turtles, dolphins, crabs, pirates or scuba divers. Ocean colours, shimmering fabrics, shells, sparkle and glowing accessories are perfect for creating a fun sea themed look.
Student tickets includes a party pack with a Sausage Sizzle, a water bottle, popcorn and glowsticks plus the Disco entry and Face Painting.
A food truck will be selling ice creams, milkshakes and sundaes priced from $8 to $10. Both cash and EFTPOS will be accepted, with vegan and gluten‑free options available.
Parents/Carers FREE entry
We welcome all parents and caregivers to stay and enjoy the evening with a P&F Bar open for drink sales and access to the Sausage Sizzle. Please note it is a condition of entry that Pre-Prep and Prep Parents stay for the duration of the event.
Conditions
- Event open to children that attend Clayfield College (Pre-Prep to Year 6).
- Event open to younger siblings of Clayfield College students, providing they are toilet trained and comfortable to be left in the care of others.
- Parents/caregivers must sign-in their children from 5:00pm (Assembly Hall), and sign-out their children (Assembly Hall) by no later than:
- 6:30pm (Pre-Prep and Prep)
- 6:45pm (Years 1 to 3)
- 7:00pm (Years 4 to 6)
- Parents/caregivers of students in Pre-Prep and Prep must remain on-site throughout the event.
Volunteers Needed
The P&F Association is still seeking parent volunteers to assist on the night. If you are able to stay and assist our volunteers with supervising, the registration desk, or cooking the BBQ please come along and help out!

Reminder: P&F Meeting Next Tuesday
A quick reminder that the Term 2 P&F Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 26 May at 6:30pm in the Boardroom at Clayfield College for those attending in person. If you are unable to attend onsite, you are welcome to join via Zoom using the link below.

Luminous Lunch
Event Details

- Cost: $145 per person
All members of our Clayfield community are invited to our upcoming Luminous Lunch. Tickets are limited and guests are encouraged to purchase tickets by midnight, Saturday 30 May 2026. At the time of booking, please provide any dietary requirements and nominate two friends you would like to sit with.
