Excursion & Incursions- Arts Centre, MCG, Tennis & MindFlight 7-Grades 5&6

Last week grades 5CL & 6S had an amazing day  at the Arts Centre and MCG.

They started at the Arts Centre for the ballet performance and then walked  to the MCG and had lunch at Birrarung Marr.

The Sports Museum was very exciting. They had a tour of the MCG, saw the grounds, the change rooms, media and physio rooms and then finished at the interactive 'Game On' section where students tried to beat the high scores of famous athletes !

Students in 5CL & 6S were taken on a space exploration through an amazing VR ( virtual reality) incursion from Mindflight7. The experience took students on an unforgettable journey exploring planets, stars, the sun and moon.

Students in 5CL & 6S having been enjoying a Friday morning tennis coachi session with Will from VTA ( Victorian Tennis Academy), East Melbourne practicing tennis drills and tennis skills. It has been great for their hand/eye coordination and fitness.
