Anglicare’s ParentZone – Support for Parents and Carers
ParentZone is a free parenting support service offered through Anglicare Victoria that helps parents, carers, and families build stronger, more confident parenting skills.

What ParentZone offers:
- Free parenting programs and workshops for all stages — from newborns to teenagers — focusing on communication, behaviour strategies, emotional development, and family relationships.
- Evidence-informed group sessions, such as Parents Building Solutions, to strengthen parent-child relationships and provide practical day-to-day strategies.
- Targeted support for families experiencing specific challenges, including family violence and mental health concerns.
- ParentZone Pods, a series of podcasts discussing common parenting concerns and helpful approaches for everyday situations.
Support is available in-person across Victoria and online, and includes resources and training for professionals as well as parents.
How it helps:
ParentZone aims to improve communication, build resilience, strengthen family connections, and offer guidance tailored to each family’s needs — helping parents feel more confident and empowered in their role.
