Paisley Campus News

Empowering Journey’s
Last week a number of our Year 10-12 students participated in a panel featuring 3 empowering women from Hobson’s Bay local community. We would like to thank Deputy Mayor Rayane Hawli, Sarah Assafiri & Mariam El Houli for taking the time out of their busy schedules to share their stories of success.
Congratulations to Year 11 student, Mya Daher who chaired the panel.
IDAHOBIT celebrations
This year IDAHOBIT day is celebrated on May 17th. The College has held a variety of events across the week to acknowledge this day. At Paisley Campus, students and staff participated in a bake off and listened to a captivating presentation at assembly.
2025 Careers Expo
All Paisley students have had the opportunity to attend the Careers Expo at Melbourne Showgrounds this week. Students engaged with many different traders that were present on the day, each offering valuable information as students begin to think about their pathway options after finishing school. Thank you to Ms Colasurdo for her organisation of this event for all of our students.
Senior Sport
Over the past week, many senior students have represented the College playing a variety of different sports including AFL, badminton, soccer & netball. It is great to see students thrive outside of the classroom.
Congratulations to our AFL boys team who won their round and will now advance to the Western Region finals next month. Thank you to all staff that have coached sports and supported students at these events.
