Endeavour House News

Thank you to all students, families and staff for another fabulous term!

The Ins and Outs!

Mrs Amber Freeman will be on leave from Boarding, from Week Three next term. We wish her all the very best, whilst she is busy doing other things during this time. Thank you to Amber for all her work, she is a constant at Boarding and provides wonderful support, particularly to our junior students.

We have welcomed a new supervisor to our Boarding team, Mr Lewis Ward. Lewis currently works at GSG as an Indigenous Student Support Officer, and we are thrilled to have him join us, as a Supervisor. As always, I will send out the Term Three staffing roster early in the term.

Megan Borgas will be joining Endeavour House next term, as a full-time, Year Eight boarder, coming from the Narrogin area. Megan has already had a sleepover at Endeavour House, as part of her transition and is looking forward to her new adventure with us.

It is with mixed emotions that we say farewell to Joele Tralli, Year Seven. We are so excited for him to be moving to join his family in Hobart, but we’ll all miss him so much. Joele is a determined, highly motivated student, musician and soccer-mad boy who has made a massive impact on our house this year. To Joele, Manjula and David, I say thank you for your support, trust and communication during this past Semester. All the very best, from GSG and the wider Boarding community.

Student Leadership (Junior Boarding)

I am delighted to announce that Isla Patterson and Cameron Hooper have been selected as the 2025 Endeavour House Leaders, they both have the full support of their peers and staff. Congratulations to both students, I’m confident they will both make a positive difference for all in Boarding.

IT Devices

Students have been reminded to follow Boarding expectations in relation to IT devices. All devices should be handed in and plugged in for charging at the end of the day (Year Seven’s 8.00pm and Year Eight’s 8.30pm). Please see my recent correspondence for full details.
