2026 Have your say on VCE Studies consultation survey 

The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) are seeking feedback from parents and students through the 2026 Have your say on VCE Studies consultation survey

 

The survey takes approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete and invites feedback on the VCE study designs as part of monitoring and evaluation of VCE studies.

 

The survey is anonymous and will close on Monday 10 August

Careers & Pathways – Important Dates

There are a number of important Careers and Pathways activities taking place over the coming weeks. Please take note of the following dates and ensure your student is aware of any sessions they are required to attend.

 

Week 2: Monday 20 – Friday 24 July- Year 12 VCE VM & VPC Structured Workplace Learning

Year 12 VCE VM and VPC students who have organised a Structured Workplace Learning placement will complete their placement during this week.

Students participating in Structured Workplace Learning are not required to attend school during this week and should attend their workplace as arranged.

 

Week 2: Monday 20 – Friday 24 July

Year 9 students will begin selecting their 2027 Year 10 subjects during scheduled classroom sessions throughout the week. Students will receive guidance and support from staff during these sessions.

 

Thursday 23 July- Year 7 & 8 Subject Selection

Year 7 and Year 8 students will select their 2027 subjects during Session 1 on Thursday 23 July.

 

Tuesday 29 July- Subject Selection Catch-Up Session

A catch-up session will be available for any Year 7, 8 or 9 student who was unable to complete their subject selections during their allocated session.

 

If you have any questions or require assistance with subject selection, please contact your student's Neighbourhood Careers Practitioner, who will be happy to support you through the process.
