Hari Indonesia Event 2025
Hari Indonesia or Indonesian Day is an annual whole-school event that we celebrate through games, craft and a cultural incursion as part of our EHPS language program.
This year we will be celebrating our Hari Indonesia on Wednesday 20 August. Students will be immersed in Indonesian culture through classic Independence Day games, craft, snacks and an incursion from Baguskan!
Students are invited to dress in red, white or batik outfits on the day. There will also be a lolly guessing competition to raise funds for the Orangutan Foundation, and families will be able to join us at our Indonesian Day special assembly at the end of the day.
There will be a $7 charge (payable in Compass) for each student to participate in this event; the event notice will be published soon.
It is an exciting opportunity to broaden our horizons, appreciate global diversity, and have fun while learning about a different part of the world. Let’s explore together!
Terima kasih!
