Renewable Energies Industry Immersion

Recently, a group of students from Years 9 – 12 participated in the Renewable Energies Industry Immersion program, delivered by Monash Tech School and held at Holmesglen’s cutting-edge Renewable Energy Training Centre. This hands-on experience introduced students to the fast-growing world of renewable energy technologies and the exciting career opportunities emerging in this vital sector.

Throughout the program, students explored the science and innovation behind solar, wind, and hydrogen power. They engaged in practical challenges, used industry-standard equipment, and met professionals working at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions. The experience opened their eyes to how renewable technologies are shaping our future and highlighted the growing need for skilled workers in clean energy industries.
