Photojournalists At Large!
Last Friday our Year 12 Photography, Video and Digital Imaging class took a train to the city to see the photography of Max Dupain, Lorrie Grahame and Mervyn Bishop. The exhibitions were in the State Library and we entered through the old Mitchell Library facade. Following this we crossed the street and wandered through a bush track, a part of the wonderful Botanic Gardens. The students took pictures of lovely greenery and local landscapes with our cameras, embracing the beautiful day. The excursion was very educational and successful for our journeys as photographers. Thank you, Ms Doyle, for this experience, which taught us so much about photojournalism and how much of an important role it plays in our lives everyday.

With end-of-year English examinations coming up, this is a valuable chance for students to work on areas for improvement, build confidence, and further develop their English skills. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.
