General Information

Parent Contributions
RWPS continues to welcome parent contributions in the form of parent payments and parents volunteering their time. Contributions are greatly appreciated irrespective of how big or small.
Parent Payments for 2026.
RWPS provides students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian curriculum and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students. We want to thank all the parents who have made voluntary payments and remind parents that Parent Payments for 2026 can be paid through Compass or at the office.
Within our school this support has allowed us to provide a truly comprehensive and enriching program for our students – with a diverse range of educational activities and opportunities – over and above those associated with the basic curriculum. Some of the examples of the additional programs that we are able to offer as a result of the parent payments include:
Kitchen Garden
Swimming Program
Fundraising for a new Sensory Garden
Second hand uniform will be available to purchase from the uniform shop on Tuesday mornings from 8:45am-9:15am.

- dresses, tunics, windcheaters, fleeces & hoodies $10.00.

Access to school
Please remeber that our school yard is supervised from 8:45am - 9:00am in the mornings and the school day ends at 3:30pm. Please contact the school directly if you are unable to pick your child up by 3:30pm and arrangements can be made for them to be supervised by TeamKids.
We ask all families to register for free with TeamKids, even if you never plan to use the service. During times when unexpected things crop up, it is worthwhile just to have the option.
Please note: We are unable to supervise children at the office before 8:45am or after 3:45pm.
Design the Next Youth myki Card
Calling all young artists! Here's your chance to have your artwork seen all across Victoria.
The Victorian Government is inviting children and young people aged 5–17 years to enter the Youth myki Design Competition. Create an original design for the new Youth myki card and your artwork could be carried by more than one million young Victorians when they travel on public transport. The winning artist will also receive a $1,000 gift card.
Whether you love drawing, painting, colouring or creating digital art, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity. Your design should celebrate what public transport, travel or Victoria means to you.
To enter:
Download the design template from the Youth myki competition page.
Create your artwork by hand or digitally.
Ask a parent or carer to help submit your entry online before the closing date.
We'd love to see students from our school represented—good luck to everyone who enters!
