As we head into the school holidays, we’ve put together a range of resources and support services available to students and families during the break.

Virtual Holiday Programs by Humanity Allied Health
The team at Humanity Allied Health are running six small-group programs for high school students these school holidays, delivered live online by their allied health team. They're relaxed, social and skills-focused, helping young people build self-awareness, connection and confidence, all from the comfort of home:
1. Getting to Know Yourself
Building self-awareness by exploring feelings, thoughts, strengths and interests.
2. Think, Feel, Do
Understanding the CBT triangle, how thoughts, feelings and actions connect.
3. Finding Your Balance
Real life, technology and wellbeing, and finding a healthy balance.
4. Be Your Own Cheerleader
Building kinder, more encouraging and realistic self-talk.
5. Social Skills Superstars
Making friends and communicating with others through role play and group practice.
6. Connections & Relationships
Confidence in friendships and relationships, communication and self-esteem.
