Welcome to Our Year 7’s

Already in the first week, we have been busy. In art, we are working together to create a collage focused on line, one of the art elements.  

Each student was asked to draw as many types of lines as they could, then get support from their new friends to add their suggestions to their work.  

Black paper letters were given to each student, and a suggestion was made to cut and paste their lettering into the composition to make it their own, and Tadah! Instant art. 

These were scanned and collated to share with each other in the next lesson and to reflect on their work.
