Each week we love to celebrate any students who may have achieved something significant during the past week; sporting events, dancing, baptisms, theatre, music achievements, new babies etc. both inside school and outside school.

Burnie Eisteddfod
Charlotte B. (Year 3) competed in the music section in the Burnie Eisteddfod last Wednesday and was awarded First Place in her Own Selcection Vocal Solo. She was was also invited to perform in their Grand Final Concert last Saturday. Well done Charlotte!
Fortississimo Choir
Will S. (Year 10) & Jasmine S. (Year 8) were involved in a state wide choir tour with 12 performances over 5 days. The program culminated with a performance at the Federation Concert Hall in Hobart, in which Felix L. (Year 8) also performed with the Tasmanian Youth Orchestra.
This afternoon Crescendo are performing in Festival of Voices in Launceston with several DCS students involved. What exciting events to be part of for our students! Well done!
