Library

The library began Term 2 by commemorating ANZAC Day. A display of war-themed books was featured, including some amazing picture books that tell powerful stories through their illustrations.
Over the Christmas holidays, our lovely decking area was re-stained,
giving it a fresh new look. Recently, the school purchased additional tables and
chairs, making the space even more popular with both staff and students. There is rarely a
spare seat available. With the extra seating and tables, the area can now cater for an entire
class. It has been a great addition to the library.

Write It Out: Short Story Competition
We encourage our students interested in creative writing to submit a creative short story inspired by their connection to the Greater Dandenong community as part of the City of Greater Dandenong’s Write It Out competition. This is a fantastic opportunity for young writers to showcase their creativity and share stories that reflect their experiences, identity and community connections. Entries close Friday 17 July.
