Risks of Faith

Risk-taking from a biblical perspective is very interesting. Throughout the Bible, we see people who took faithful risks. Noah built an ark even though there was no rain. David faced Goliath with only a sling and a few stones. Peter stepped out of the boat to walk toward Jesus on the water. Each of them trusted that God was with them, even when things seemed uncertain.

We invite everyone to think about one area in life where God might be calling them to take a step of faith. Remember, we don’t take risks alone because God promises to go with us every step of the way.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” – Joshua 1:9
