P-11 Theme Day

Last Friday, our campuses were bursting with creativity and colour for P–11 Theme Day! Students dressed up as under the sea creatures, wore their clothes inside out and back to front, and came as chefs, Christmas elves, and even Shrek and Lord Farquaad. From sparkly scales to silly mismatched outfits, everyone brought their imagination to life.

Check out all their fun costumes!

Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee

This year, we had an outstanding response to the Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee, with 375 students from Years 3–8 across both Tarneit and Mambourin campuses registering for the School Round. From there, seven students progressed to the State Finals – a fantastic achievement in itself.

Myra S - Year 3 Mambourin

Aisha M - Year 5 Mambourin

Harsage R - Year 7 Tarneit

Rithvik R - Year 7 Tarneit

Ronan D - Year 7 Tarneit

Arya P - Year 8 Tarneit

Tanish T - Year 8 Tarneit

We are especially proud of Aisha (Year 5, Mambourin), who has gone on to represent our school in the National Finals. With more than 82,000 students entering the School Round and 4,600 competing at the State and Territory level, reaching the top tier of this national competition is an incredible accomplishment. She ended up top 5 in Australia for her age group and was the top scorer in Victoria for all students in the Year 5-6 category (She is our school champion!)

Remembrance Day

On Tuesday 11 November, we gathered for a Service of Remembrance and observed a moment of silence to honour and acknowledge all who have served — and those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Our College Captains laid a wreath as a symbol of respect and gratitude, representing our community’s remembrance of those who have fallen.

Donations from our student poppy sales will go towards the RSL, supporting Australian veterans and their families.

Lest We Forget.
