📚 Children’s Book Week is Coming!

📚August 16th – 23rd | Theme: Book An Adventure

We’re excited to announce that Children’s Book Week will be celebrated during Week 5 of this term, from August 16th to 23rd. This year’s theme, "Book An Adventure," invites us all to dive into the exciting worlds that books open up for us. As part of our celebrations, we will be hosting our much-loved Book Character Parade on Monday, August 18th 2025!

Students are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite book character and join in the fun. If your child prefers not to dress up, they are more than welcome to bring along their favourite book and share it during the parade.

📍 Location: The playground in front of the multi-purpose room, around the Leaf and flagpoles🌧️ Note: This location may change depending on weather or other factors

More detailed information will be shared in Week 4, so keep an eye out!

We can’t wait to see the creativity and enthusiasm of our young readers.

We hope to see you there!

2025 PREMIER’S READING CHALLENGE

Please keep encouraging your children to participate in this year’s Premier’s Reading Challenge. Remember that students in the Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 classes need to read 30 books (which will be logged on the website by Harpreet) and students in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 need to read 15 books each (students in these classes need to log the information themselves.) The Challenge closes on September 6th.

Please do not hesitate to contact one of us during school hours if you have any questions regarding the above information

Happy reading!
