Music and Concert Band
Term 3 - VUSC Music
The students and staff of the VUSC Music Department have a very busy term ahead with 7 ensembles competing at the Victorian Schools Music Festival, with Honours Band and Big Band both representing the school in Div 1 Concert Bands and Div 1 Jazz Bands respectively.
The highlight of the Music year is the Annual Ensembles Concert on Thursday September 10th at 6pm. This free concert will be a celebration of the hard work by our 9 weekly ensembles and a farewell and thank you to our Year 12 students giving their last performance. Everybody is welcome!

Do you learn outside of school either the Piano, Guitar or Drum Kit? Can you read music?
If yes, we would love to have you audition for one of VUSC’s Jazz ensembles, which include the Big Band, Stage Band and Jazz Band!
