Physical Education

Term 2 2026

We had wonderful first term in Physical Education and Sport. Our Foundation students enjoyed exploring the school and learning to work in pairs and small groups to complete a range of movement challenges in both Physical Education and PMP.

Our Year 1 and 2 students were enthusiastic participants in a range of fundamental movement skills and learnt some new tag style games that involved team work and cooperation.

The Year 3-4 students played a range of small sided and modified games to improve their game sense while continuing to develop their fundamental movement skills in a variety of sports including Tee Ball, Basketball and Soccer.

Our Senior students continued to improve their teamwork and understanding of invasion based games in Term 1. Participating in two units of work focused around skill acquisition and game play in Netball and Soccer. Year 5-6 students also continued to develop throwing, catching and striking skills in our Softball unit.
