Our gold teams travelled to Mernda Hills today to play in the sun.
The boy's gold T-ball team fought until the end; however, they couldn't get the win, going down by 2 runs. The girls showed great skills and won by 4 runs.
The blue teams were very excited to get out there and show off their skills ahead of their first week of ISS - St. Joseph's at home.

Our Whole School Athletics Day will be held on Friday, 27th February at Meadowglen in Epping. Please remember to go into the Compass event and give consent and payment by Monday, 23rd February.
As in previous years, the success of this event is heavily dependent on the amazing support of our school families.
Students in Years 3-6 will complete various events, and we are inviting parent volunteers to assist with running, measuring, and recording results on the day. As in previous years, you will be paired with our teaching staff.
Students in F-2 will participate in tabloid sports and sprints. Again, we would like as many parent volunteers as possible to help run these activities so our staff can supervise and support the students.
If you are available on Friday, 27th February, have a current Working with Children’s Check (you do not need to have completed the WPS parent volunteer training), and you are able to assist with the running of this event, please let me know via email hayley.northridge@education.vic.gov.au

This Wednesday, 25th February, 11 of our students will be representing Whittlesea Primary School at the District Swimming Carnival at WaterMarc in Greensborough.
We wish them all the best of luck.

This year, we will be accessing King Swim in Mernda to complete our Years 5 & 6 swimming program.
They have a big focus on promoting water safety for all children.
Strong swimming and survival skills are essential in helping children feel confident and capable around pools, beaches, rivers, and other waterways, and are an important part of every child’s education.

Congratulations to Dugat, who has taken the lead for the 2026 House Cup.
Keep up the great work!!
