Freeman House; Welcome Back!

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

Welcome back to another exciting term here at Hampton Park Secondary College! We hope you have had a restful break and are ready to dive back into learning and fun-filled activities.

We have a fantastic team in Freeman that work with our students.

A reminder that students can see us in the Freeman House office for help, advice, or just to say hello. They can also email or send a Teams message to a member of the team. Families are more than welcome to contact with us if they would like to discuss their child via phone or email.

As the school year begins, we extend a warm welcome to all our students and families, especially our new Year 7s and their parents. Starting high school is an exciting milestone filled with new opportunities, friendships, and experiences. We encourage our year 7 students and families to embrace this journey with enthusiasm and curiosity. Our teachers and House Teams are here to support you every step of the way.

To our Year 12 students, this is your final year—a time to challenge yourselves, set goals, and make lasting memories. We wish you the absolute best in your studies and future aspirations. Stay focused, support one another, and make the most out of the opportunities ahead.

House Pride continues to be a cornerstone of our school spirit. We encourage all students to get involved with our first major event, the swimming carnival occurring at the end of the month. We have range of events to get involved in from sports carnivals to academic competitions and community initiatives, as well as in everyday opportunities such as earning a values nomination.

In Freeman, we model our core school values: Learning, Respect, and Working Together. These principles guide us in striving for excellence, treating others with kindness, and working with others to achieve success.
