Parents & Friends Club

Welcome to our latest PFC newsletter!
Term 4 is already shaping up to be a busy and exciting one. From bringing our parent community together at Trivia Night to supporting the upcoming School Art Gallery, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make a difference at Essex Heights Primary School.
A huge thank you to everyone who continues to give their time, energy and generosity to support our school. Every contribution, big or small, helps create wonderful opportunities for our students and strengthens our school community.
Trivia Night — What a Night! 🧠
Our recent Trivia Night brought parents together for a fantastic evening of laughter, friendly competition and community spirit, while raising valuable funds for our school.
A huge congratulations to our winning team, Essex On The Beach, who took out the top spot and earned some well-deserved bragging rights!
We'll let you know in the next issue of Contact how much we raised for our school.
A heartfelt thank you to all our sponsors and volunteers. Your generosity, time and hard work helped make the night such a success. Thank you also to every parent who came along and joined in the fun.
A special thank you to Adam, Mark and Daniela for helping organise the event, with an extra-special shout-out to Mark and Daniela, who stepped in at the last minute to take over and run the event on the night. We really appreciate you going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly!
We’re looking forward to making Trivia Night an annual event and welcoming even more parents next year. Whether you’re a trivia champion or simply keen for a great night out, we’d love you to join us and help make it even bigger and better!
Help Make Our School Art Gallery a Success 🎨
One of the highlights of the school year is almost here, and we need your help to make it a success!
This year, every student will have a piece of artwork displayed at the Art Exhibition in our School Art Gallery, providing a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the creativity, talent and hard work of our children.
To help cover the costs of delivering this special event, we will be holding a Cake Stall and BBQ Fundraiser on Election Day.
With our school serving as a polling booth for the State Election and the Art Gallery open to the public, we are expecting hundreds of visitors throughout the day. This presents an incredible opportunity to raise funds, but we can only make the most of it with the support of our school community.

A Whole School Effort
While this fundraiser is being supported by the PFC, it is a school fundraiser, and all funds raised will go directly towards the costs of delivering the School Art Gallery.
Because this is a public event, all parents, carers, grandparents and guardians are welcome to get involved. You do not need to be a member of the PFC to bake, volunteer or assist on the day.
The Art Gallery showcases every child. The fundraiser needs the support of every family.
Whether you donate a batch of biscuits, volunteer for a shift, help package cakes, or spend an hour at the BBQ, your contribution will help create a memorable event for our students and our community.
🎨 Every Child Is Exhibiting. Every Family Can Help
