An Exciting Year in Food Technology!
It has been a fantastic and flavoursome year so far in Food Technology!
Semester 1 Highlights:The Sweet Desires students ended Terms 1 and 2 on a high note, showcasing creativity and skill in their assessment tasks. From beautifully designed celebration cakes to nutritious and colourful Buddha Bowls as part of the Café Culture unit, the standard of work was outstanding. A big congratulations to all Semester 1 students for their enthusiasm and achievements!
Semester 2 in Full Swing:Semester 2 has started with just as much excitement and energy. Our Café Culture students have been busy preparing hearty Breakfast Pancake Platters, crispy Zucchini Fritters, savoury Potato Cakes, and comforting Shepherd’s Pie — all made with care and creativity.
Meanwhile, Sweet Desires students have delighted taste buds with delicious Pancakes, warm and sweet Golden Syrup Dumplings, and homemade Monte Carlo Biscuits — which many staff have declared even better than the originals!
Well done to all our talented Food Tech students for continuing to bring passion and flavour to the kitchen!
